MBDA AT DSEI 2023

MBDA at DSEI 2021

DSEI 2023 takes place in London from 12 to 15 September and MBDA will be present at what is described as “the most significant and largest iteration of the show in its 24-year history”, highlighting the importance of integration across all defence domains.

As the only European group capable of designing and producing complex weapons to meet the full range of current and future operational requirements of armies, air forces and navies, MBDA is uniquely positioned as a multinational to deliver such integration.

You’ll find us in Hall 6 on stand 110, where you can see our full weapons portfolio.

HIGHLIGHTS

On our main stand you can find out more about cutting-edge weapons systems: our network-enabled electronic warfare capability SPEAR-EW and ASRAAM, our within visual range air dominance weapon – as used on the RAF’s F-35s and Typhoons;  DragonFire, the high-power laser directed energy weapon (LDEW); Sky Warden, our counter-UAS (unmanned aerial system) solution; and Land Precision Strike (LPS), which rapidly engages relocatable high value targets in warfighting and lower intensity operations.

Across the exhibition you will also see MBDA’s support for the UK’s armed forces.

Meteor, Brimstone and SPEAR will be seen on the RAF stand (Hall 6 No.172).

CAMM and Aster 30 B1NT can be found on the Royal Navy stand (Hall 5 No. 450), CAMM will also be on board the Royal Navy’s Type 23 Frigate present on the River Thames alongside ExCel London, along with Sea Venom.

One of MBDA’s Land Ceptor ground-based air defence (GBAD) systems and its CAMM and CAMM-ER munitions will dominate the space in the Capital Suites near the British Army stand. On the British Army stand itself (Hall 4 No. 486), you’ll find Brimstone with the Hydra UAS.

Brimstone will also demonstrate the flexibility of its ‘one missile multiple platforms’ versatility, appearing on the stands of our partners – Mercedes, Supacat, MOOG, and General Dynamics.

On the BAE Systems stand (Hall 3 No. 110) you’ll see Akeron, Enforcer, SPEAR, and Sea Venom.

NEW FOR DSEI 2023

MBDA’s ‘Collaborate to Innovate’ stand will be located on the Make UK Defence stand in Hall 2, stand 250. Our team there looks forward to meeting and greeting suppliers, SMEs, research and technology organisations, universities, trade associations, laboratories and institutes visiting the exhibition and interested in building relationships and partnerships that together deliver innovation and technical excellence. Visit the stand to find out more about our open innovation programmes and how you can work with MBDA.

Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP)

Located in the Central Boulevard is the GCAP stand, which MBDA will be part of alongside our industry partners from the UK, Italy and Japan. Launched in December 2022, GCAP is the tri-national collaboration delivering a sixth-generation fighter jet. MBDA is proud to part of the Effects Domain transforming the integration of weapons systems and enabling coordinated and collaborative Effectors.
