Guido Lami

Guido Lami was appointed MBDA’s Executive Group Director Technology and Performance in June 2023 with the main missions to lead the company’s innovation and technology identification, exploitation and insertion to prepare the new product portfolio and to lead the company’s quality organisation, the technical excellence and the improvement projects to help the company deliver better business performance.

Prior to this, Guido was the Group Director Area Protection and Deputy to the Executive Group Director Programmes for MBDA. Guido has more than 30 years’ experience working in MBDA and in its former missile systems companies, covering different senior positions in international organisations such as Eurosam Consortium and MEADS International. He has strong experience in missile programmes, especially FSAF surface air defense systems, engineering and seekers.
