What is Concept Visions?
Concept Visions is an annual initiative to unlock the latent creativity in MBDA. Starting with our colleagues inputs, applying an intense “experience-led” process of consultation, conceptualisation, experimentation, prototyping and design, we seek to redefine what an MBDA system could be in twenty years time.
We have aimed to build a “Concept Car” for MBDA – a credible vision of the future that inspires people to see military capability in a different way.
Aims:
- Empower our workforce
- Showcase a selection of radical concepts
- Highlight the capability in our research and technology base
- Extrapolate 20 years of technology advances to see what they enable for weapons
- Challenge preconceptions
- Inspire ourselves, our suppliers and our customers
- Shape market expectations
- Understand the dynamics of quickly forming European teams
