Thomas Gottschild takes over as Managing Director of MBDA Deutschland
Thomas Gottschild takes over the role of Managing Director of MBDA Deutschland GmbH and Executive Group Director Improvement. He will also be a member of the MBDA Executive Committee. The appointment is effective immediately.

Thomas joins MBDA from Airbus Defence and Space, where he has held a number of leadership positions in a variety of domains, including engineering, programmes, commercial, business development, strategy, and most recently as Corporate Secretary. Thomas Gottschild übernimmt mit sofortiger Wirkung die Position des Geschäftsführers der MBDA Deutschland GmbH. Darüber hinaus ist er Mitglied im Vorstand des MBDA-Konzerns und nimmt dort als Executive Group Director Improvement konzernübergreifend die Verantwortung für alle Verbesserungsprojekte wahr. Er folgt Thomas Homberg nach, der sein Amt aus Gesundheitsgründen niedergelegt hat.
