Peter Bols appointed Chief Financial Officier of MBDA
Peter Bols has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of MBDA, replacing Julian Whitehead who has moved to EADS Cassidian. In taking up his role which reports directly to Antoine Bouvier the group’s CEO, Peter will also become a member of the MBDA Executive Committee.
Peter comes to MBDA from EADS where he held a number of senior financial roles, most recently within EADS Corporate Finance. Previously he was the CFO of the AirTanker Consortium and beforehand, the CFO of EADS Missile Division. Before joining industry, Peter enjoyed a nine year career with the British Army, serving as an officer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers with 5 Airborne Brigade and 72 Aircraft workshop in support of the BAOR helicopter fleet.
