Careers Open Day at Bolton site in UK
This year, we are aiming to recruit our highest number of new employees in the UK in a decade, and for job seekers in Bolton we are holding our first Careers Open Day of 2023 on Thursday 23rd March.
In 2022, we achieved a Top 10 entry on the Best Big Companies to Work For league tables, including commendations for our commitments to employee wellbeing and learning and development. We also made the 2022 Top 50 employers on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work awards, including a top 10 position for work/life balance.
Over the same year, we also exceeded our targets for new starters in Bolton and across our other UK sites in Bristol and Stevenage, and we are setting even bigger targets for 2023 and beyond.
For the Careers Open Day, our site off Bridgewater Avenue in Bolton, UK will be re-opening its doors to welcome potential recruits to explore the variety of opportunities for engineers and support staff across our various functions.
Our workforce is largely comprised of engineers across a range of disciplines. Bolton is home to our state-of-the-art manufacturing site. Attendees to the open day can find out about Design, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software engineering roles as well as other Manufacturing and Production opportunities.
There are also varied roles at the Bolton site across our business that include; Customer Support and Services, Procurement and Supply Chain, Security, Facilities, Quality and Assurance, Information Management/Technology, Project/Programme Management, Business Management, Finance and HR to name a few.
