About EXOCET MOBILE COASTAL DEFENCE SYSTEM
The EXOCET MOBILE COASTAL DEFENCE SYSTEM (MCDS) provides rapidly relocatable, vehicle mounted capabilities to deny access to surface threats in all environments (brown and blue waters).
The system is based on the latest version of the EXOCET MM40 BLOCK3c missile in operational service with several navies around the world. This missile provides enhanced operational performance utilising advanced technologies.
EMCDS system components:
- 1 x Mobile Sensors Unit
- 1 x Mobile Control Unit
- Up to 3 x Mobile Firing Units each with four missiles
The EXOCET MOBILE COASTAL DEFENSE SYSTEM provides rapidly relocatable, vehicule mounted capabilities to deny access to surface threats in all environments (brown and blue waters).
