- Digital Solutions: We contribute to improving work discussions and environments thanks to the deployment of applications that meet the needs of our Supply Chain and Procurement businesses.
- Data Management: Managing the data generated by our activities is highly important to us, while also contributing to managing and measuring the performance of our activities.
- Business Processes: From the need identification to the acceptance of the ordered products and services, we define and deploy business processes guaranteeing the on-time-on-cost-on-quality delivery and an efficient follow-up of our contracts.
- Supplier Risk Management: We monitor our supply chain’s resilience by evaluating and qualifying the risks that can impact the ability of our suppliers’ to meet MBDA’s needs. In particular, we systematically assess their compliance with our ethics rules, their financial health and their robustness against cyber threats.

It is essential to invest in innovative digital technologies to accelerate our industrial productivity, boost our competitiveness and contribute to the mitigation of risks.
E-Procurement:
As a global platform dedicated to the management of our supplier base, our eProcurement tool also simplifies the Indirect Procurement processes for our teams and our suppliers, from managing sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay (P2P) activities.
Extranet:
With this secure platform, we share all qualified documents necessary to executing our supplier contracts.
EDI platform:
Thanks to a collaborative sharing platform, our MBDA Procurement and Supply Chain teams track their purchase orders with suppliers and update delivery dates in real time.
MBDA Open Innovation Platform:
Our OPEN INNOVATION platform is a gateway to build innovative partnerships (with universities, SMEs, startups). In particular, we launch challenges here, open to our external suppliers in specific sectors, that meet our needs and those of our customers.
