HYDIS

The HYDIS2dp Consortium has been established to answer the tender “EDF-2026-DA-ACC-AIRDEF-EATMI”, also known as EATMI 2, on endo-atmospheric counter-hypersonic and anti-ballistic interceptor.

The programme targets a Technology Readiness Level of 5 in less than 2 years, a Preliminary Design Review by 2029, leading to a fully representative system demonstrator flight by 2030 and ensuring rapid maturation and de-risking towards full system validation.

The New Team, formed around the project coordinator MBDA France and leveraging on the current HYDIS strengthened by newcomers, is gathering up to 28 Partners (beneficiaries) and 20 subcontractors across 18 participating European States.

The HYDIS2dp Consortium is supported by 7 funding countries.
