Being the prime meeting place for the global aerospace industry. Here is the ambition of the International Paris Air Show. For over a century, this tradeshow offers to its visitors a full week of discoveries, showcasing the latest innovations from civil aviation to defence and space, no matter they are an industry professional or a passionate enthusiast of the sky and space.
For this 55th edition, MBDA has the same ambition: to create a dedicated corporate zone, to welcome all visitors and giving them, whether they are already familiar with MBDA or not, the chance to learn more about us.
From the welcome LED wall on the front of the booth - showcasing who we are as a company, but also as a great employer - to the inside zone with 6 different exclusive contents - aiming to explain more in details what we do and how we do it - visitors are invited to enter into our world.
1st zone: Our Commitment
This zone has been created to highlight the commitment of MBDA for a more sustainable future. Based on our new ESG Report, it covers some of our objectives and actions regarding the defence eco-system, the Environment, local communities, etc.
2nd zone: Our Expertises
On an interactive terminal, visitors will discover the job families of MBDA, and more particularly 20 jobs linked to:
- Modelling – R&D and Engineering jobs
- Manufacturing – Production jobs
- Support – Support functions and projects functions
- Coordination – Customer Relationship jobs
3rd zone: Our Innovation
This area highlights 9 key technologies, which are 9 innovation pillars at MBDA: Data, AI, Quantum, Robotics & Autonomous systems, Electronic & Electromagnetic, Hypersonic, Energy, Materials, Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality.
For each pillar, key words and specific imagery will give insight about why this specific technology is key for MBDA and our products.
4th zone: Our protection solutions
This new interactive digital system displays MBDA’s protecting solutions, at the service of the armed forces in Air, Land, Sea and Space.
Visitors will see how our complex weapons systems are protecting areas against threats.
Through visualization of “protecting bubbles” and “No escape zones”, we will show how our products are playing a key role in ensuring the safety of deployed forces and in protecting civil infrastructures, places and events.
5th zone: Our History
Before the creation of MBDA in 2001, some key historical moments through decades led to the consolidation of missiles industry across Europe. Visitors will be able to discover these key steps thanks to a fresco on the wall.
6th zone: Test your knowledge
Last but not least, as a conclusion MBDA offers visitors the possibility to do a quiz, covering all topics displayed in the area and even more!
