MBDA’s PARS 3 LR short listed for Indian Army procurement project
MBDA´s PARS 3 LR guided missile system has been short listed for the Indian Army helicopter future air-to-ground requirement. MBDA Deutschland has delivered proposals for its PARS 3 LR multi-target, long range weapon system for HAL’s Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH DHRUV) and for two attack helicopters, the KAMOV KA-52 and the MIL MI-28.
Within the framework of MBDA Deutschland’s export campaign for India, three PARS 3 LR firings were carried out from a German Tiger helicopter at the Vidsel test range in Sweden in April 2011. All three missiles were equipped with live warheads and all three struck their intended targets at the optimal hit points. Two firings were carried out within one minute of each other, the first against a static target at a range of 7,000 m and the second against a moving target at a range of 700 m. The third firing was carried out with the helicopter in fast forward flight against a static target at a range of 7,000 m.

Le système de missiles guidés à longue portée PARS 3 LR de MBDA vient d’être présélectionné par l’armée de terre indienne pour doter ses hélicoptères d’une future capacité air-sol. En réponse à l’appel d’offres indien, MBDA Deutschland a présenté deux propositions portant sur son système d’armes multicible à longue portée PARS 3 LR pour l’hélicoptère léger de HAL, le ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter) Dhruv, et sur deux hélicoptères d’attaque : le Kamov KA-52 et le MiL MI-28.
Dans le cadre de la campagne export de MBDA Deutschland en Inde, trois tirs PARS 3 LR ont été effectués depuis un hélicoptère Tigre allemand, sur le polygone d’essai de Vidsel, en Suède, en avril 2011. Les trois missiles étaient équipés de charges militaires actives et ont tous atteint leur objectif au point de frappe optimal. Deux tirs ont été effectués à une minute d’intervalle : le premier contre une cible statique située à une distance de 7.000 m et l’autre contre une cible mobile située à 700 m. Le troisième tir a été effectué en vol avançant rapide, contre une cible statique située à 7.000 m.

Das Lenkflugkörpersystem PARS 3 LR ist im Rahmen des Kampfhubschrauber-Beschaffungsvorhabens der indischen Armee in der engeren Auswahl. MBDA Deutschland bietet PARS 3 LR für die Luft-Boden-Bewaffnung des Hubschraubers HAL’s Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH DHRUV) an. Zudem sind über die Hubschrauberhersteller KAMOV und MIL weitere Angebote für die Bewaffnung der Kampfhubschrauber KA-52 und MI-28 abgegeben worden.
In diesem Zusammenhang hat die MBDA Deutschland bereits drei erfolgreiche Testschüsse mit dem deutschen Unterstützungshubschrauber TIGER durchgeführt. Das Testschiessen fand im Zuge der Exportkampagne für Indien im April auf dem Testgelände im schwedischen Vidsel statt. Alle Flugkörper waren mit scharfen Gefechtsköpfen bestückt und trafen ihr Ziel im optimalen Treffpunkt.
Die ersten zwei Testschüsse wurden innerhalb einer Minute durchgeführt. Zuerst auf ein stehendes Ziel in ca. 7000 m Entfernung. Der zweite Schuss erfolgte nur wenige Augenblicke später auf ein fahrendes Ziel. Die Distanz zu dem fahrenden Ziel betrug ca. 700 m. Beide Male traf die PARS 3 LR die anvisierten Ziele exakt im Zielmittelpunkt. Der dritte Schuss wurde während eines schnellen Vorwärtsfluges des TIGERS abgegeben. Bei hoher Geschwindigkeit schoss der Tiger auf ein stehendes Ziel in ca. 7000 m Entfernung. Auch bei diesem Ziel schlug der Lenkflugkörper im optimalen Treffpunkt ein.

Il sistema missilistico guidato PARS 3 LR di MBDA è stato inserito nella shortlist dei futuri sistemi aria-terra per elicotteri dell’esercito indiano. MBDA Deutschland ha presentato offerte per i propri sistemi d’arma a lungo raggio multi-obiettivo PARS 3 LR per l’elicottero ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter DHRUV ) di HAL e per due elicotteri d’attacco, il KAMOV KA-52 e il MIL MI-28.
Nell’ambito della campagna internazionale di MBDA Deutschland per l’India, nell’aprile del 2011 sono stati effettuati tre tiri con missili PARS 3 LR da un elicottero Tiger tedesco presso il campo di prova di Vidsel in Svezia. I tre missili erano dotati di testate belliche attive e tutti e tre hanno colpito i bersagli previsti sul punto di impatto ottimale. Due tiri sono stati effettuati ad un minuto l’uno dall’altro, il primo contro un bersaglio statico entro un raggio di 7.000 metri e il secondo contro un bersaglio mobile entro un raggio di 700 metri. Il terzo tiro è stato effettuato con l’elicottero in volo ad alta velocità contro un bersaglio statico entro un raggio di 7.000 metri.
