MBDA ADVANCE is the MBDA “Group Policy Owner” for Learning, Development & Leadership.
It is responsible for : proposing the key orientations and strategy, establishing the requirements for the LD&D activities, and coordinating these activities in MBDA across the business and countries.
As a function of the MBDA Human Resources community MBDA ADVANCE is mandated by the company to support the strategic objectives and operational performance by ensuring we maximise the development of our people and teams in the following way :
Ensuring the coordination and the consistency of all the common L&D programmes across MBDA.
Ensuring, through HR Services, the delivery of world class L&D programmes that foster professional and personal growth, including a clear and adapted e_learning strategy.
Becoming a driver and forum for continued improvement and change.
Responding and adapting to the evolution in internal, external, local and international talent markets, e.g. demographic and geographical change, diversity of educational, technological and business backgrounds.
Involving internal and external customers to ensure competency development that continuously adds value to our projects.
Having, in coordination with CSS activities, customers benefit themselves from training where appropriate and compliant with business ethics and legal requirements.
Living and shaping a MBDA culture of managing the business, managing the people and managing the change.
Endorsing best practices throughout parent and external companies.
