Therefore as well as internal initiatives such as the Innovation Challenge which encourages all within MBDA to take part in innovating for change, young engineers are encouraged to look towards future weapon capabilities with projects such as Concept Visions.
By advancing modular solutions and, when necessary, breaking new ground in technology advancement, MBDA people are actively preparing now for Europe’s missile programmes of tomorrow, programmes to meet the ever-changing needs of MBDA’s domestic and global customers.
