IDEA is the MBDA suggestion scheme.
IDEA is open to all MBDA employees and accessible from the intranet, for anyone to submit and share his/her best ideas:
- spontaneously
- in response to challenges submitted throughout the year by the Directorates
while building on other’s ideas.
Identifying and linking people with a common interest in a specific subject.
