The specific "Innovation Culture" Think Tank has then declared that innovation as one of the core values of MBDA where: Innovation Culture: "... each individual and each team in MBDA to challenge ideas, processes, rules, ways of working, existing solutions, etc... providing that it brings a new benefit for the company...".
