Laser activities at the Schrobenhausen site
MBDA Germany is working on a C-RAM Laser Weapon System. This work contracted by the European Defence Agency (EDA) and Federal Office of Defense Technology and Procurement (BWB) is making excellent progress within our self-financed activities.
The necessary infrastructure is already in place at MBDA Germany‘s Schrobenhausen site. These comprise, 3 test ranges for firing and tracking trials, a test laboratory as well as a roof laboratory with a laser demonstrator which together offer exceptional possibilities for current and future development work.
