Code of Ethics
The MBDA Code of Ethics is the corner stone of MBDA's Integrity Programme. It clearly sets forth the ethical principles that every employee within the Group is expected to follow.
The three general principles of the Code are as follows: compliance with laws and regulations; commitment to integrity; and seeking guidance and reporting concerns. These principles have been developed around four themes: business relationships; our people; protecting assets and information; and a socially responsible company.
The MBDA Code of Ethics is available in four languages and has been distributed to each Group employee in his or her own language. It is distributed to every new employee on arrival.
